Applications can be submitted online via our Buildium portal, submitted through Zillow Rental Manager, or completed in person at any of our on-site leasing offices. The application fee is $35 per adult applicant (18+) for standard applications. Applicants who complete their background/credit screening directly through Zillow incur no additional application fee from management.
Rental rates range from $750–$850/month at Range Park and Graceland Square, and $850–$950/month at Richelieu Gardens. The standard security deposit starts at $550, but may increase based on overall background and rental history evaluations.
All units include a gas stove and refrigerator. Richelieu Gardens units also include a dishwasher. Graceland Square units feature internal washer/dryer hookups, while Range Park and Richelieu Gardens offer on-site laundry facilities.
Residents can access our 24/7 Buildium Resident Portal to pay rent online, view account statements, and submit maintenance work orders directly to our team. Alternatively, residents can call our 24/7 AI Service Request line at (901) 554-4005 to log work orders by phone anytime.
